Privacy
The short version
We only hold what you give us. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no tracking cookies. If you never contact us, we hold nothing about you.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp we see what WhatsApp shows us: your number, profile name, and the message.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to arrange a place on a retreat when you ask for one, and to tell you about trips you have asked to hear about. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
Where it lives
Enquiries are delivered to us by a form-processing service and arrive in our inbox. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and then only what we need to run the retreats you are part of.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no tracking cookies. It uses one piece of session storage in your browser to remember that the loading screen has already played. It identifies nothing about you and disappears when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One message on WhatsApp or to info@therevivalretreats.com is enough. If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If how we handle data changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top tells you when it was last reviewed.
