Using this site
This website is run by Revival Retreats. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
The site presents our retreats and, when a trip is live, takes bookings for them. A place is confirmed once you complete the booking steps, sign the participation agreement, and your deposit is received. The agreement you sign covers the trip itself.
Booking and cancellation
When you book a trip on this site, your deposit secures your place and is non-refundable: it goes straight toward flights, accommodation and passes. Cancel before the balance deadline and you owe nothing more. Cancel after the balance is paid and it is returned only if we can fill your place, because everything is already booked in your name. You may transfer your booking to another guest instead of cancelling; the airline's name-change fee is covered between you and the new guest. The agreement you sign when booking states the same terms.
Accuracy
We keep the site honest and up to date, but details such as dates, locations, and activities can change between announcements. What we confirm with you directly for a specific trip takes precedence over anything on this site.
Our content
The photography, video, wordmark, horse mark, and writing on this site belong to Revival Retreats unless stated otherwise. Do not reuse them commercially without asking us first.
Links to other places
The site links out to services we use, such as Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site itself. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under law. Terms covering participation in a retreat are agreed separately when you sign up for a trip.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
